ENVE launches Pogačar's race wheels. CORE 2 vs Van Rysel D500.
Friday's brief: ENVE's deep race wheels are finally official, computers are cheap across Probikeshop and Sigma, and we lined up Wahoo's KICKR CORE 2 against Decathlon's Van Rysel D500.
🔧 Gear
ENVE SES 6.7 Pro: Pogačar's deep race wheels go on sale ($3,750 / €4,600 / £4,000)
ENVE rebuilt the SES 6.7 to meet the UCI's 65 mm rim-depth cap: 59 mm front, 65 mm rear, claimed 1,495 g with valves and tape, shaped around 28 mm tires. UAE Team Emirates has been winning on them for months (Milan-San Remo and Strade Bianche among the list). Pricey, tubeless-only, and aimed at flat and rolling speed, not an all-round climbing wheel.

Wahoo ELEMNT ACE, BOLT 3, and ROAM 3: one home screen for the ride (firmware 302685)
Wahoo rebuilt the home page so you load a route, pick a workout, and set data pages and profiles from a single screen, before you roll or mid-ride. That's the whole changelog. Free update if you already own the unit.

Garmin Edge: Enduro profile now auto-switches climb and descent (per Garmin)
Compatible Edge units get an Enduro ride profile that detects climbs and descents and flips modes without a tap. Small free update, useful if you mix long climbs with fast descents on the same route.
